ATLAS LABS Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping & Order Processing
We process and ship orders within 24 hours on weekdays (Monday–Friday), excluding major holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Our goal is simple: get your Atlas Labs order packed accurately and out the door fast.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email sent to the email address used at checkout. This email includes your tracking information, so you can follow your package from our facility to your doorstep. Please allow a short window for tracking to update after the label is created—carriers sometimes take several hours to scan packages into their system.
Estimated Delivery Times
Most orders arrive in 5–10 business days, depending on your location and the carrier’s delivery network. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (weather, carrier delays, peak holiday volume, etc.). If your order seems delayed, we recommend checking your tracking link first for the most accurate updates.
Expedited Shipping
Need it sooner? Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Expedited shipping affects the shipping speed once the package is in the carrier’s hands, but we still aim to maintain our standard weekday 24-hour processing window whenever possible.
Returns (30-Day Return Policy)
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items should be returned in their original packaging, and in unused condition where applicable. If your return is approved, you may be asked to send the product back to us before your refund is issued.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to an error on our end (for example, you received the wrong item or it arrived damaged). If your package arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

We proudly offer a 60-day money-back guarantee so you can try Atlas Labs with confidence. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 60 days of purchase, no questions asked.
Guarantee Limit
To keep this policy fair for everyone, the guarantee is limited to one item per customer. (If you order multiple units, the guarantee applies to a single item.)
